All Sales Are Final

At HNDCRAFTED, every item is made, printed, or prepared specifically for our customers. Because of this, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including:

• Product selection
• Size
• Color
• Shipping address
• Billing information

HNDCRAFTED is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective due to a manufacturing issue, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims may be resolved by replacing the item or another solution at HNDCRAFTED's discretion.

Sizing Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for reviewing our sizing information before ordering. Size preferences vary from person to person, and we do not issue refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections.

Product Appearance

We make every effort to accurately display our products. However, colors, graphics, and placement may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, printing methods, and manufacturing tolerances. Minor variations are not considered defects.

Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. HNDCRAFTED is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HNDCRAFTED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products.

Our total liability for any approved claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Right to Refuse Service

HNDCRAFTED reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or violations of these policies.

HNDCRAFTED reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
